Students continue to make progress on building their ROV's.





Here is an example of a wiring project in progress.  Power is provided by the red and black wires, whereas motor control is provided by the multicolored wires.















Once groups have their wiring complete, it is time to place it in the tank and adjust buoyancy. Here, several groups are adjusting their buoyancy by adding sections of pool noodle. The idea is to achieve neutral buoyancy so the ROV will neither sink nor float.  This way, students can easily operate their ROV at any depth.
